Most Important Buddhist Temple In Thailand

I share with you today another beautiful and most interesting postcard from Thailand sent as well by Cheerful.

This is Wat Phra Keo or Temple of the Emerald Buddha. It is a Ratanakosin style temple built in 1782 when Bangkok became the capital of the country. It is considered as the most beautiful and most important Buddhist temple in Thailand.
