What To Wear For A Girls Night Out

Let’s start the party in style!

The city is in a jovial mood as all  of us look forward to the long holiday. It’s a much deserved break with some opting to go abroad for a while to spend the long Eid holiday. But those left behind have no reason to be envious because a lot of lifestyle destinations around the city operate for 24 hours anyways – especially for the holidays.

The break is a perfect time for us to catch up with friends so we scheduled a girls night out. It is just befitting to go wild this month as the celebrations also coincide with Oktoberfest and Halloween parties. After a spectator role on the recent autumn winter catwalk shows, I am dying to strut my stuff from Zalando. I took cues from the runway and put together outfits from one of my favorite UK shopping portals. If you haven’t yet heard of Zalando, why you are missing a lot!

They stock up on a wide list of selected brands – designer, high street, independent – for men, women, and kids. Whether clothing, accessories, shoes, bags, or sports apparel, a visit to Zalando is always worth your time as you are bound to find something suitable for your budget. But perhaps, the best thing I love about them is — free shipping and free returns no matter what the value of your purchase. And yes, they accept PayPal payment.

How do you get ready for a big girls night out?  This is a like a sacred thing for us ladies.   We just don’t go out of the house looking that fabulous – no matter how hard we want our men to know that being beautiful and stunning all comes naturally teehee. It all boils down to careful outfit planning and  a whole lot of fashion inspiration.

A girls night out calls for an outfit you are comfortable with and one that you can picture yourself dancing the night away. Wear something that shows off your best self because in the sea of young girls and supermodel-wannabees, your greatest accessory for the night will be your confidence.

I put together two outfits all from Zalando and would love to know your feedback. Is it outfit 1 or outfit 2? Meanwhile, I will go and and practice my hair and make-up. Tomorrow, I will be soaking in a fragrant bubble bath first before wearing whatever you helped me pick up. Thank you, lovelies!

Outfit 1 is a understated nude leather dress and calf booties with silver and precious stones for accessories.

Outfit 2 is a nod to the winter blooms. Skinny floral jeans with silver top and accessories finished off with red suede heels.

I’ll go for Outfit 2 but can I borrow the earrings from Outfit 1? Lol. Outfit 2 is an outfit that seems comfy without compromising style. 🙂

Love both the looks but I’ll have to go with look #2 ’cause I’m more of a casual kind of gal 🙂 Look #1 I think will be perfect for a more formal event with the girls ^^
